RESTORING THE SOUL	. . . so that times of refreshing may come from our God. [Acts 3:19]
	The Greek word tanslated refreshing is anapsuxis, and it can also mean, "a recovery of breath; or figuratively, revival." It also carries the connotation of restoring that which had been stolen or missing. Our daily lives are full of stress. We are so required of. You will begin to operate at a spiritual, physical and emotional deficit when you don't take times to be refreshed. When you take time to spend with the Lord in prayer or meditation; when you, exercize, or just plain old take time to do things that you enjoy... you are having a "personal revival". Taking time for you will make you a more productive, fulfilled and effective person. Remember, you can't help anyone if you don't help yourself first. Long periods of exhaustion and weariness due to personal neglect only result in eventual disappointment for you and all of those who mean the most to you. TAKE TIME FOR YOU. START TODAY!
